In Iraq, you must prevent terrorists from destroying a satellite from which they want to get precious metals. Mission in the Balkans is to prevent local terrorists from brewing coffee in a derelict nuclear warhead, and in Korea you must rescue two compatriots who act as local landmarks. The game is full of black and absurd humor that descends into complete trash.

Several difficulty levels are available: light, medium and heavy. The campaign takes a few hours to complete, but in return offers an intense and absurd Adventures. You will have to fight armed terrorists and jeeps with machineguns on them. The arsenal is represented by a variety of guns: pistol with Socom silencer, silenced submachine gun MP5SD, rifle M4, good old Kalashnikov, etc. I enjoyed the sneaking around the sewers in Mission 2, or the airport hangar and the timed level in Mission 3.

The AI is spotty at best. Until the final levels, enemies will rarely spot you, or even hit you with their weapons. You\’ll manage to rack up quite a number of kills before taking serious damage. The worst imbalance of all is difficulty level. On Easy, enemies will rarely hit you with your weapons and you\’ll be able to snipe with your AK, but as the difficulty increases your weapons become weaker, with a lot less range. Even though it\’s supposed to balance the game, I didn\’t like this method all too much and wish they\’d found a middle ground somewhere in between.

There\’s not much variety in enemies. It\’ll be the same guy you waste over and over, with an exception of a few. The only different enemies are dogs, enemy gunner jeeps, tanks, and assault helicopters. These add a bit of variety, but the tanks and copters make some parts more difficult than they should be.

What irks me the most is that even with all this, the game can be completed in roughly 1. The environments are drab and they repeat the same textures over and over. A few environments though are impressive and give the game a bit of variety, such as the airport hangar, or the final level of Mission 1.

The weapons models are good, and the enemy models are decent. There\’s clipping, but that\’s not unusual. SCORE: 6. There\’s no voice-acting either. There\’s only 3 types of sounds: gun shots, explosions, or ambience. While it\’s a small amount, whatever\’s there does the job nicely.

I just wish they\’d include sounds of footsteps, so it\’d be easier to detect enemies behind you before they fired a shot.
