Aug 18,  · I have recently installed Windows Virtual PC RC onto a Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit platform. Before the Windows Virtual PC would start it required that Virtual PC be removed. Unfortunately this application was used by Microsoft Device Emulator V3 to allow Windows Mobile Images to have external connectivity. WIN 7 RC versus MICROSOFT VIRTUAL PC I installed Win 7 onto my virtual computer and it won\’t connect to the internet and there\’s no sound.
