Windows 10 enterprise 2016 ltsb .net framework free

 

We currently have a CL brick pc that was purchased for one of our machines. We are having issues with it that may be a faulty install of Windows, and rather than repair, I am going to upgrade the RAM and HD and would like to start fresh and just use the license from the current install.
